Perfect Photos is independently owned by Mike and Willie Payne, husband and wife, who have a passion for photography and a desire for excellence. We have been published for many years now from simple things like in the KC Star to the front cover of the Blue Springs Magazine. Most importantly, our works are in the frames and photo albums of our pleased customers. We have never advertised and our belief is that quality work will give us more work. Quality always sells.
